I had the pleasure of organising the first official Philipp Bayer seminar in Venice. ll the participants were impressed by the focused approach to real fighting and not to abstract situations and the easiness by which the concepts from the forms had been blended together smoothly and logically
 Even the idea that everything in VT is intended to increase the ability to punch effectively and precisely was enlightening for many. Holger is a genuine example of the good results that can be achieved in a relatively short amount of time, particularly when your efforts are channeled in the right direction. Nothing "magical" in this VT, just clear ideas and lots of quality training. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Philipp for the time he spent with us. Personally, I feel I have so much to learn from him as a master, teacher and person (outside of the gym too!).
 Stefano Lena und Philipp Bayer At the end of the seminar, I had so many things in my mind that it was hard to go to sleep :) Now I want to spend more time training myself and with my group, so that Philipp can come back here again soon!
